We can ship to virtually any address in the world, however there are international shipping restrictions on certain products. NO exotic leathers (alligator, crocodile, lizard, ostrich, shark, hippo, python and all snake skins) can be shipped out of the United States.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Because there are so many countries we ship to and changes in cost, we reserve the right make adjustments to cost of shipping overseas once we set up the label. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to shipping.
We are committed to making returns as easy as possible for you. We know ordering online can be difficult, especially when it comes to a handmade cowboy boot (which is why we recommend referring to our size charts and/or fitting information before ordering). For both domestic and international orders, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please note that we only provide store credit (not refunds) for items bought on sale.
Domestic orders have a 20-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. We provide a return label in the box, which you simply peel and affix to the original packaging and ship back to us.
International orders have a 20-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses from overseas addresses.
Expect to receive your credit within 10 business days of shipping your package, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days, and longer for international shipments), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2-5 business days).
Please note that we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any merchandise bought in-store or online and up to 15% on custom orders.
